AO3 Stats meme
Jan. 31st, 2016 09:14 pmSince I seem to be on something of a posting spree over here...
1. Your 3 fanfics with the most comments:
Top by comments is not a fic, but rather the Interactive Fiction game I wrote for Yuletide 2014: Expanded Horizons - #yuletide RPF
My top actual fic is also #yuletide rpf, from Yuletide 2010: The Doom of the Hippos.
Second is from the Fans and Fan-Byproducts exchange from 2013: Tamika Flynn: Librarian Hunter. Welcome to Night Vale. This is the fic of mine that gets the most regular attention, despite being thoroughly jossed.
Third (by comment threads, anyway) is a drabble I wrote for Yuletide Madness 2009: Indiana Jones and the Profile of Soil which is an Indiana Jones archaeology story, clearly.
2. Your 3 fanfics with the most kudos:
...are all for Night Vale, huh. I kind of rode the wave in on that one, posting a number of things just as it was getting big. That said, while these are all big for me, they're not big at all for the fandom.
First is Seductive Tendrils, which is explicit Cecil/Carlos tentacle and hair play.
Second is Tamika Flynn: Librarian Hunter again
Third is another drabble! A Difficult Matter which is about Khoshekh.
3. Your oldest fanfic:
On AO3: The New Game. Fall of Ile Rien casefic starring Gerard and Nicholas.
On the broader internet? Uh. Starting here with chapter three when I took over the character from someone else. I'm not sure it can even be read in a logical order anymore, since the time line seems to be gone.
4. Your latest fanfic:
Is a drabble that I don't think quite works how I wanted it to, about how the First Order gets its stormtroopers. Star Wars, clearly, and based on the new movie: When They Come
5. Your proudest fanfic:
The one I'm most proud of? Man, that's a tough call. I really have no idea how to rate them. I could give a list of ones I am proud of and still pleased with and why but that's not what the meme is asking for. Maybe if someone else asks for it ;p
6. Your longest fanfic:
Longest complete fic: Seasons (Adventure World, Vedran Callais/OMC, pre-canon)
7. Your 3 fanfics with the most bookmarks:
Some repeats, unsurprisingly:
Seductive Tendrils (which has 7 invisible bookmarks, because porn)
Tamika Flynn: Librarian Hunter
And the third is one that would be on my theoretical list for #5: Unforgettable. Another Yuletide Treat, this time in Neil Gaiman's American Gods. Hermes/Original Female Character. I'm really proud of the character I created here, of how I did Hermes, of how I integrated the Greek gods, and the way I pulled in real life setting details in the same way the book did.
8. Your top 3 crossover fics:
Uh, do I have three crossovers? I must... they're probably all crack. Oh I do- I have five! And only two of the top ones are crack!
Puppy of Interest: Hannibal/Person of Interest.
(The) Dreaming: Inception/Sandman Comics (drabble).
This is Blue's Design: Hannibal/Blue's Clues.
9. My favourite characters to write:
I have no idea how to pick! It varies a lot. Whoever is loudest in my head, I guess? I like writing for RPG characters for that reason, and also because it helps me learn a lot about them.
