measured_words1. Authority, ASOIAF (1212 hits, +503, same) - Yuletide porn in what has become a large fandom. This remains my most popular fic. First fic of mine to reach 1000 hits!
2. Motivations, Avengers (1011 hits, new!) - Avengers, Tony/Bruce, probably explains all. Drabble!
3. Group Bonding, Merlin (902 hits, new!) - Knights gangbang porn drabble. Everyone loves Gwaine, apparently ;)
4. Birthday Spankings, Perseity (723 hits, new!) - Gaming porn with s shitton of kink tags. hello AO3 perverts, I luuuurve you ^-^ This is actually a stoty I wrote around... 2004, and just tossed up on AO3 to keep track of it.
5. The Sister's Bargain, The Hazards of Love (637 hits, +120 hits, was #2) - Yuletide - hanging in there, anyway... I still really like this one.
6. Left Hanging, Diablotin (507 hits, +225, was #5) - More gaming porn! This one has been steadily increasing - I credit the kink tags.
7. Unforgettable, American Gods (498 hits, +180, was #4) - Another Yuletide offering that I am quite proud of, and am glad to see it is still picking up hits :)
8. Tied, Avengers (481, new) - Avengers drabble, Clint/Natasha working relationship/trust fic.
9. The Doom of the Hippos, #yuletide rpf (462, +105 hits, was #3) - Yuletide fic - this gets a lot of traffic around yuletide, more than any other time. Hanging on for now, but its future is uncertain!
10. Warmth, ASOIAF (444 hits, new) - ASOIAF Jon Snow drabble written based on the newest book. Probably the fandom explains its place, though I write several other ASOIAF drables for challenges and such this year. I do like this one, though!
Dropped off the list:
Indiana Jones and the Profile of Soil, Indiana Jones, was #6 - Yuletide drabble.
What is Dead..., ASOIAF, was #7 - Drabble, probably replaces by Warmth, really ;)
The New Game, Fall of Ile-Rien, was #8 - My first Yuletide offering, sad to see it go as I think it is a solid story :/
A Document in Madness, Hamlet/Lovecraft, was #9 - Last year's yulefic. I'm quite proud of this one as well, alas...
Must have Been the Rum, Pirate RPF, was #10 - Pirate femslash! I guesss there's just not a huge market... :/
So... the top 5 have stayed in for now, with the others being edged out by large fandom pices and porn. I suppose I expect similar for next year, assuming I can maintain a decent output.
